On professional/gambling website like pokerstars, partypoker, etc. then it has to be at least doubled of the last bet/blind/raise. On non-gambling just depends.

in 1-2 NL for example, the minimum bet on the flop, turn and river is 2 dollars. The raise has to be double whatever the initial bet is. Let’s say someone bet 10 dollars on the flop, they can raise to 20 or mor dollars.

One exception is if someone is all in. Let’s say one person has 17 dollars left. if someone bet 10 dollars, they can go all in for 17 dollars. But anyone wanting to raise afterwards has to raise to 34 dollars. any questions, just email me.
